Culture is a new word we needed to learn and define. We say that Culture is a word for people's 'way of life' meaning the way groups do things and what they believe. What does 'Way of life' include? We think language, land, traditions/celebrations, religion, foods, music, transportation, homes, clothing.
Today we made a collage in our visual journals to represent the different aspects of culture.
TOMORROW IS THE TERRY FOX RUN! Due to wet weather in the forecast on Thursday, we are moving our Terry Run to Wednesday at 9am. We will start with an assembly at 9am followed by the run around the pond.
