Today we imagined what it would sound like in the Amazon Rainforest.  We talked about how sound are measured in decibels dB. Sounds are in the safe range level till about 85dB and then they can become harmful to the human ear.  Ask me about some of the loudest sounds in the rainforest.  We discussed how animals communicate and discovered that bees dance to attract others, bats use echolocation, cobras inflate their hood to scare other creatures, wolves call to call others wolves in their pack.
