Tomorrow night is Warm Feet for the Street school event. Grade 3 classes have worked really hard to spread the word and collect items for this event. Event is tomorrow from 6-8pm, Open House style. Look forward to seeing everyone there!
Tomorrow is also Freshii fun lunch.
We started researching the rocks and minerals that make up everyday items. Did you know that glass is made from sand. Minerals in some clay are in medicines. Bricks used to build fireplaces are made from shale.
Today we talked about pitch and sound waves. Did you know there are some sounds we can’t hear?. I wonder why….. Stay tuned!
